Design Notes

We needed to consider which cell type this plasmid would go into and the transfection efficiency was often dependent on promoter in the genetic circuit/construct.

This part was from our mentor Shiva Razavi, who gave us the part when we were interested in potentially pursuing the HL60 cell to HEK cell communication synNotch system as a proof of concept of chemotaxis.
